影响北京市大型医院门诊患者医患信任的就医感知因素研究

Study on factors affecting the perception of medical treatment of outpatients in Beijing large hospitals

目的:探究影响北京市大型医院门诊患者信任的就医感知因素。方法:采用问卷调查法对北京市6所大型医院的150名门诊患者进行调查,采用结构方程模型法进行分析。结果:患者对门诊流程、门诊环境、沟通和诊疗可靠性的感知均会对医患信任产生影响。结论:沟通是影响门诊患者信任的最重要因素,这是由信任的本质以及诊疗过程的特殊性所造成的。

Objective:To analyze the perceived factors of medical treatment trusted by outpatients in large hospitals in Beijing.Methods:A questionnaire survey of 150 outpatients was conducted on the 6 GradeⅢClass A hospitals.Using the structural equation model to analyze the data.Results:It is showed that the information Patients’perception of outpatient procedures,outpatient environment,communication and reliability of diagnosis and treatment would have an impact on doctors’trust.Conclusion:Communication is the most important factor affecting the trust of outpatients.It is caused by the nature of trust and the particularity of the treatment process.
