Practice and analysis of cultural construction in Fuwai Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences

医院文化是医院的思想灵魂,是医院生命力、创新力的活力源泉,是医院持续发展、长盛不衰的根本所在。中国医学科学院北京协和医学院阜外医院在几十年发展过程中将文化建设与传承放在首要位置,通过对精英文化、质量文化、奉献文化、服务文化、担当文化、开放文化、家国文化、创新文化、执行文化的打造,建立起具有阜外医院特色的医院文化体系,引领医院健康可持续发展,受到医院职工和社会各界的普遍认可。

Through comprehensively analyzing the culture of Fuwai Hospital,this article attempts to interpret the decisive role of hospital culture in the process of hospital construction and development and to spark a deeper reflection on hospital culture.Meanwhile,this article hopes to provide reference and guidance for the development of other hospitals and to contribute to the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China and the construction of the benchmarks of people’s happiness.
