基于DEA的安徽省城镇化建设经济效益评价

Economic benefit evaluation of urbanization in Anhui Province based on DEA

利用数据包络分析方法,通过横向和纵向两个方面对安徽省16个地市从2004~2017年在城镇化建设中的综合经济效益和技术经济效益进行了评价。分析结果显示,安徽省全省及各地市在2007年左右城镇化建设加快,经济效益呈回升趋势并逐年增加,2010年之后城镇化建设经济效益达到有效水平之上;2012年后,随着黄山市、池州市、六安市等山区地市城镇化建设步伐的加大,全省的城镇化建设综合效益和技术效益稳步提高。

Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) is used to evaluate the comprehensive and technical economic benefits of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2004 to 2017 in terms of both horizontal and vertical aspects. Analysis shows that the urbanization construction of Anhui Province accelerated around 2007. After 2010,the economic benefits of urbanization construction reached an effective level. After 2012,with Huangshan City,Chizhou City,Lu’an City and other mountainous cities speeding the pace of urbanization construction,the comprehensive and technical benefits of urbanization construction in the province have been improved steadily.
