摘要
用室内模拟好氧堆肥的方式,通过对Leerheer的分组方法进行改编,保留亲水性组分HIM,将溶解性有机质(Dissolved Organic Matter,DOM)分成5个组分(HOA、HOB、HON、AIM、HIM),采用TOC、ICP-MS等研究了DOM及组分组成及重金属含量变化。实验结果表明:经过堆肥后,两种堆肥DOM中疏水性物质相对含量增加,而亲水性物质相对含量减少,Cu、Zn、Fe在两种堆肥组分HOA、AIM和HIM中均有不同程度的富集。
The method of indoor simulation aerobic composting was used to modify Leerheer′s grouping method,retain the hydrophilic component HIM,and remove the dissolved organic matter matter(DOM)is divided into five components(HOA,HOB,HON,AIM,HIM).The changes of DOM,its components and heavy metal content are studied by TOC,ICP-MS,etc.The experimental results show that after composting,the relative content of hydrophobic substances in DOM increases,while the relative content of hydrophilic substances decreases.Cu,Zn,Fe in HOA,AIM and HIM have different degrees enrichment.
