基于GEE的土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响研究——以京津冀地区为例 被引量:18

摘要 基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)云平台提供的随机森林分类算法对京津冀地区2017年—2019年遥感影像进行分类,解译出林地、耕地、草地、建设用地,水域和未利用地等类型,由此发现三年内林地、耕地、草地面积变化幅度最大,其次为建设用地、水域和未利用地.土地利用类型主要由耕地转向林地、草地;土地利用面积的变化导致研究区生态系统服务价值(ESV)总值从2017年的3914亿元增长到2019年的4013.99亿元,其中林地面积的变化起主要作用,而未利用地贡献最低;ESV对三地的生态价值系数缺乏弹性,生态系统服务价值系数对ESV的影响较小,结果具有可靠性.研究表明伴随京津冀协同发展战略的推进,生态服务有所提高,但应当根据各地区实际情况合理规划土地利用格局,加强对林地、草地、水域的保护,推进集约用地,合理开发未利用地. Based on the random forest classification algorithm provided by the Google Earth Engine(GEE)cloud platform,the Remote Sensing images of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region from 2017 to 2019 are classified,and the distribution of types including forest,cropland,grassland,construction land,water and unused land are interpreted in the region.It is found that the land use within three years exhibits the largest change in the area of forest,cropland and grassland,followed by construction land,water area and unused land.The land use type mainly changed from cropland to forest and grassland.Changes in land use area have led to an increase in the total ESV of the research region from 391.4 billion yuan in 2017 to 401.399 billion yuan in 2019,of which the change in forest land area plays a major role,while the unused land contributes the least.It's inelastic for ESV to the ecological value coefficient of the three places,suggesting that the Ecosystem Service Value coefficient has little effect on ESV.The results are reliable.Studies have shown that with the advancement of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy,ecological services have improved,but land use should be rationally planned according to the actual situation of each region pattern,and it's necessary to strengthen the protection of forest land,grassland and waters,promote intensive land use,and rationally develop unused land.
