基于2016年珠三角地区流动人口动态监测调查数据的分析,概括该区域少数民族流动人口的基本样貌:珠三角地区少数民族流动人口数量位居全国首位,因务工经商流动比例较高;主要来自西南和华南地区,跨区域流动半径较大;以农业户口青壮年为主,女性数量占比较高,平均受教育水平在初中及以下;流动规模以2~4人的家庭为主,具有较高的长期居住意愿和户口迁入意愿。在人口跨区域大流动的时代背景下,提高城市民族事务治理能力,帮助少数民族流动人口在流入地安居乐业,这是新时代珠三角地区城市民族工作的一项重要任务。

Based on the analysis of the dynamic monitoring survey data of the floating population in the Pearl River Delta region in 2016,it summarizes the basic appearance of the minority floating population in the region.The number of ethnic minority floating population in the Pearl River Delta region ranks first in the country,due to the high proportion of business and business migration;mainly from the southwest and southern China regions,with a large cross-regional mobility radius;mainly young and middle-aged agricultural households,with a relatively high number of women,average The level of education is at junior high school or below;the mobile scale is dominated by families with 2-4 persons,and has a high long-term willingness to live and household registration.Against the background of the era of large population movements across regions,improving the ability to manage ethnic affairs in cities and helping the floating population of ethnic minorities live and work in the inflow areas is an important task of urban ethnic work in the new era.
