摘要
“大众创业、万众创新”是我国的重要发展战略,高校大学生具有丰富知识储备和卓越创造力,其创新创业既可以满足国家发展需求,也能解决就业难的问题。但总体来看,大学生的创新创业成功率比较低,主要存在以下问题:学生对自我以及国家政策认知不够,大学生自身缺乏相应的素质和能力,高校创新创业教育体系不能满足需求,缺乏系统有效的支持体系等。通过提高大学生认知水平和创新创业能力、完善高校创新创业教育,构建UEG三位一体全方位系统支持体系,解决大学生创新创业中存在的实际困难,形成一个良性循环的“生态系统”,才能提高大学生创新创业成功率,实现个人和社会的双赢。
"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation"is an important development strategy of China.College students'innovation and entrepreneurship can not only meet the needs of national talents,but also solve the problem of difficult employment for college students.Overall,the success rate of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship is relatively low.There are mainly the following problems:students do not know enough about themselves and national policies;college students lack their own qualities and abilities;the university's innovation and entrepreneurship education system cannot meet the needs,lack of a systematic and effective support system.By improving college students'cognitive level and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,improving college innovation and entrepreneurship education,constructing a comprehensive system support system,solving the practical difficulties existing in college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and forming a virtuous circle of ecosystem can improve the success rate of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,realize a win-win situation for individuals and society.
