Managers is the important pillar of higher vocational colleges,and their quality directly affects the quality of work and even the long-term development of the school.This paper combines the current situation and the actual needs of the development of higher vocational colleges,analyzes the basic qualities that the managers of higher vocational colleges should possess,puts forward some effective ways to improve the quality of managers,points out the issues that should be noted.It plays a leading role in improving the management level of higher vocational colleges.
