This paper expounds the current situation of financial risk management in Kailuan Group,a century-old state-owned coal enterprise,under the situation of strategic adjustment of structural reform and formation of new industrial pattern,analyzes the financial risks of the group company in debt financing,logistics trade fund,capital chain of some subordinate units,and puts forward corresponding control measures in risk prevention mechanism,financing structure optimization,business model supervision,capital profitability and strengthening capital control.
