医学人文类课程也需要混合式教学吗——以生死教育课程为例 被引量:3

摘要 以生死教育课程为例,探讨在医学人文类课程中开展混合式教学的可能性。通过设立传统班和课改班,在教学的不同时段,使用死亡应对能力量表检测两个班学生的死亡应对能力,以考察教学改革的效果。研究发现,在医学人文类课程中,混合式教学的效果与传统课堂教学的效果没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究认为,这种结果既意味着混合式教学在医学人文类课程中的效果并不像期望的那么好,也意味着建构主义未必就是错的。综合来看,继续开展医学人文类课程的混合式教学仍有必要的理由。 This study took the life and death education course as an example to explore the possibility of developing blending teaching in medical humanities courses.To evaluate teaching reform,the Coping with Death Scale was used to examine the students’ ability of coping with death in both traditional class and reform class in different teaching stages.The study found that there was no significant difference between the effect of blending teaching and that of traditional classroom teaching in medical humanities courses(P>0.05).This result showed the effect of blending teaching in medical humanities courses was not as good as expected,while constructivism made sense.In general,there were still some necessary reasons to carry out blending teaching in medical humanities courses.
