台湾地区版《护士安宁疗护在职教育课程需求量表》的调适及应用 被引量:3

摘要 将我国台湾地区研制的繁体版《护士安宁疗护在职教育课程需求量表》在我国大陆进行调适,并验证其信效度,进而了解在职护士有关安宁疗护知识的需求状况。采用便利抽样的方法,将调适后的简体版量表在某医院110名在职护士中进行问卷调查。结果发现,安宁疗护知识需求总得分为154.41±25.66,各维度中文化与灵性考量维度得分最低,而症状的管理、沟通与交流、伦理与团队合作三个维度的得分较高;有在校接受培训经历、资历较低的护士对安宁疗护知识需求得分较高(P<0.05)。简体版量表具有较好的信效度,可以全面体现护士对安宁疗护知识的需求状况。 This research adjusted and tested the reliability and validity of the traditional-Chinese-character-written version developed in Taiwan:Needs Scale for Nurses Receiving In-service Palliative Care Education with regard to palliative care in-service education in China's Mainland.Convenience sampling method was adopted to investigate in-service education needs for palliative care in 110 nurses with the simplified scale of Chinese version.The results showed the total score of content needs for palliative care was 154.41±25.66.Among all dimensions,the score of cultural and spiritual dimension was the lowest,and the scores of symptom management dimension,communication dimension,ethics and teamwork dimension were relatively higher.Junior nurses and the nurses who had received training at school scored higher(P<0.05).Therefore,the simplified scale of Chinese version can comprehensively reflect the nurses’ in-service education demand for palliative care.
