浅谈消化道内镜诊治与人文关怀

On Humanistic Care in Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment

消化道内镜诊治减轻了患者的痛苦,同时提供了更微创有效的治疗途径,但消化道内镜诊治也存在着诸多人文关怀缺失问题,导致不能达到最佳治疗效果,甚至产生医患矛盾,影响正常诊疗工作。消化道内镜医生临床思维的缺乏、医患交流的缺失、对患者心理关注的缺失及医院公益属性的部分缺失是导致消化道内镜诊治中人文关怀缺失的主要原因。因此,加强消化道内镜诊治中的人文关怀在提高内镜诊治质量、缓解医患矛盾等方面是非常重要的,需在这四个方面加以改进。

Gastrointestinal endoscopy relieves patients’ pain and provides a less invasive and more effective route to treatment.However,insufficient humanistic care in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract endoscopy results in the failure of the optimal treatment effect,causes doctor-patient conflicts,influences normal diagnosis and treatment procedure.It is usually caused by deficient clinical thinking,doctor-patient communication,psychological concern on patients,and public welfare characteristics of hospitals.Therefore,four aspects are mentioned to strengthen the humanistic care in the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract,which is very important in improving the quality of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment and alleviating the contradictions between doctors and patients.
