摘要 建筑部品与构配件之间的接口性能和其自身性能一样,都对其构成的建筑子系统性能起到至关重要的作用。目前我国对建筑部品与构配件接口重视不足,缺乏系统研究,缺乏标准约束,专用接口多、标准化接口少,当部品与构配件安装和更换时无法实现通用互换,难以获得最优综合效益。通过对国内外接口现状调研研究,提出建筑部品与构配件接口及标准化接口的定义,对接口关键技术进行分析,明确了接口性能、形式、尺寸三要素;按标准体系构建的基本原则构建了接口标准体系,提出了编制相关基础标准与专用标准的建议。 The performance of the gap between building parts and components is as crucial as their own performances,which plays a vital role in the performance of the building subsystem.At present,China attaches less importance to the gap between building parts and components,lacks systematic research,lacks standard constraints,and there are numerous types of special gaps but limited types of standardized gaps.An universal interchange can not be achieved when building parts and components are installed and replaced,which makes it difficult to obtain the optimal comprehensive benefits.By investigating the current status of the building parts-components gap at home and abroad,firstly,this paper introduces the definition of the building parts-components gap and the standardized gap,analyzes the key technologies of the gap,and clarifies the three initial elements of the gap(performance,form and dimension);secondly,according to the basic principles of the standard system,this paper establishes the standard system of the parts-components gap,and presents the recommendations for compiling the relevant basic standards and special standards.
