高层装配式混凝土住宅的全专业、全产业技术集成方法研究 被引量:13

摘要 目前,装配式混凝土居住类建筑具有广阔的发展前景,从建筑产品视角出发,研究了高层混凝土装配式居住类建筑的全专业、全产业技术集成方法。以建筑产品设计为重点统筹全专业技术,以建筑产品建造为核心集成全产业技术。采用"标准化设计+接口+BIM"的方案解决全专业、全产业一体化问题,形成集成方法与技术,然后通过工程实践不断检验、优化该方法与技术。最后,以钢筋桁架叠合楼板为例,给出其全专业、全产业技术集成应用要点。 At present,prefabricated concrete residential buildings have broad development prospects.From the perspective of products,this paper analyzes the technology integration method of the whole profession and the entire industry of the tall prefabricated concrete residence.The whole profession technology is coordinated as a whole by focusing on design of building product;the whole industrial technology is integrated by focusing on construction of building product;the problem of the technology integration for whole profession and the entire industry can be solved by adopting the technology scheme of the“standardized design+interface+BIM”.And then,an integrated technology method can be formed,which can be continuously verified and optimized by engineering practice.Finally,taking the example of the lattice girder superimposed slab,the key application points of the technology integration of the whole profession and the entire industry are given.
