摘要
为研究重庆两江桥的施工控制方法及技术措施,采用2种有限元模型,分析结构受力与变形特征,分别给出采用一次落架控制法和考虑施工阶段控制法的实现过程。结果表明:主梁受力各有利弊,不是主要影响因素;东水门大桥不适合采用一次落架控制法;千厮门大桥2种控制方法均可行,考虑特殊地形限制时,一次落架法全悬拼方案的经济性和施工安全性更优。采取增大初张力、合理利用临时墩、临时压重、临时索等措施辅助钢梁架设,采用拼接板现场配钻的方式实现钢梁快速合龙。
In order to study the construction control methods and technical measures of Chongqing Two River Bridges,two kinds of finite element models are used to analyze the structural internal force and deformation characteristics,and the realization process of the once drop-frame control method and considering the construction stage control method is given respectively.The results show that the internal force of truss girder has its advantages and disadvantages,which are not the main influencing factors.Dongshuimen Bridge is not suitable for the once drop-frame control method,both control methods can be used for Qiansimen Bridge.Considering the special terrain limitation,complete cantilever assembly plan with the once drop-frame method is better for economic and construction safety factor.The measures of increasing initial tension force of stayed cable,rational use of temporary piers,temporary ballast,temporary stayed cable and other measures are used to assist the erection of steel girder,the splicing plate on-site drilling is used to achieve the rapid closure of steel girders.
