摘要
青岛市某地铁站出入口下穿现有市政道路,过街通道长27.97m,采用暗挖法施工,通道上方电力管廊距通道支护结构净距仅150mm。对比分析后设计采用导向跟管钻进技术完成108管棚打设,确保了施工精度满足设计意图。详细介绍了导向跟管钻进技术的开孔、钻进、定位、导向原理,通过实际工程应用验证了导向跟管钻进技术可及时纠正钻进过程中产生的偏差,将钻孔精度控制在5cm内。
A subway station passageway of Qingdao Subway is under the existing municipal road.The passageway is 27.97m long.It is constructed by mine tunnelling method.The distance between the power pipe gallery and the channel support structure is only 150mm.After the comparative analysis,the design of the108 pipe shed is completed by using the guiding and pipe drilling technology to ensure that the construction accuracy meets the design requirement.This paper introduces the principle of opening,drilling,positioning and guiding of the guiding casing and drilling technology.It is verified by the actual engineering application that the guiding and pipe drilling technology can correct the deviation generated during the drilling process in time,and the drilling precision is controlled within 5cm.
