摘要
目前建筑测量放样中使用的还是普通全站仪或RTK,通过设计图纸提供的坐标或相关数据要素计算轴线交点坐标,再去现场测量放样指导建筑施工。但遇到造型奇特且无相关曲线要素、无规律可循的复杂结构工程,无法计算出放样数据,测量放样工作也就无法完成。基于琴台美术馆任意双曲面壳体屋盖工程,应用拓普康测量软件MAGNET Field和单人测量系统结合,建立三维数据模型,从模型中提取相关数据指导测量放样,解决施工测量中遇到的各种疑难问题。
At present,the general total station or RTK is still used in the measurement lofting of building,the axis intersection coordinates are calculated by the coordinates provided in the design drawing or related data elements,then field measurement lofting is carried out to guide the construction.However,there are no relevant curve elements and strange shapes,complex structural engineering without law to follow,the lofting data can not be calculated,the measurement lofting can not be completed.This paper is based on the actual situation of any hyperboloid shell roof project in Qintai Art Museum,application of Topcon measurement software MAGNET Field and single-person measurement system,establishes a 3d data model,extracts relevant data from the model to guide the measurement lofting,which solves all kinds of difficult problems in construction measurement.
