摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄口服液联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的新生儿黄疸患儿94例,根据治疗方案的不同均分为观察组和对照组,对照组予蓝光照射治疗,观察组在此基础上加用茵栀黄口服液、枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒治疗。对比两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前及治疗3、5、7 d时血清总胆红素水平,胎便排空时间、黄疸持续时间、住院时间,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为97.87%明显高于对照组总有效率85.11%(P<0.05)。治疗3、5、7 d两组血清总胆红素较治疗前明显好转,且相同时间点观察组血清总胆红素低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组胎便排空时间、黄疸持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗期间总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液联合枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒辅助治疗可有效降低新生儿黄疸患儿血清总胆红素、改善黄疸症状,且治疗安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant therapy of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with live combined bacillus subtilis in the treatment of neonatal jaundice(NNJ). Methods A total of 94 children with NNJ admitted to our hospital were selected. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with blue light irridiation. The observation group was supplemented with Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with live combined bacillus subtilis. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, serum total bilirubin levels before treatment and at 3, 5, and 7 d after treatment, time for meconium emptying, duration of jaundice, length of hospital stay, and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate was 97.87% in the observation group, which was higher than the 85.11% in control group(P<0.05). At 3, 5 and 7 d after treatment, the total serum bilirubin in the two groups were significantly improved, and the total serum bilirubin in the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group at the same time point(P<0.01). The fetal emptying time, the duration of jaundice, and the length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with live combined bacillus subtilis can reduce the serum total bilirubin level, improve the symptoms of jaundice in children with NNJ, which has good treatment safety.
