摘要
新时代国家对职业教育的高度重视为学校的全方位快速发展提供了坚强保障,在这不断壮大的过程中,学校人力资源的管理显得更加重要,这关系到能否将全体教职工的能动性发挥到极致,能否使员工的综合素质得到不断提高,能否使各项激励机制得到不断优化。所以,新时代高职院校提升人力资源管理能力需要在更新观念、强化人力资源者的整体素质提高、树立人力管理部门服务形象、创新性地完成服务职能等方面建立起动态完善的实施策略。
The state attaches great importance to vocational education and provides a strong guarantee for the all-round rapid development of the school in the new era.In this process of continuous growth,the management of the school's human resources is more important.This concerns whether the faculty's initiative can be maximized,whether the overall quality of employees can be continuously improved,and whether the incentives can be continuously optimized.Therefore,the promotion of human resources management ability in higher vocational colleges in the new era needs to establish dynamic and perfect implementation strategies in terms of updating concepts,strengthening the overall quality of human resources,establishing the service image of the human resources management department,and fulfilling service functions in an innovative way.
