民办应用型本科高校国际交流发展现状及对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of International Exchanges in Private Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges

民办应用型本科高校开展国际交流与合作,有助于提升人才培养质量、强化师资队伍建设、提升服务地方发展能力、树立办学特色及品牌。当前,国内民办应用型本科高校国际交流普遍存在国际化理念滞后、交流项目缺特色、参与度不高、合作深度不足、外事人才匮乏等问题。为此,民办应用型本科高校要从营造国际化校园氛围、培育应用型特色项目、拓展国际交流参与度、深化合作内涵及层次、培养高素质外事人才等方面采取积极对策。

The international exchanges and cooperation in private application-oriented undergraduate colleges is conducive to improving the quality of talent training,strengthening the construction of teachers,enhancing the ability to serve local development,and establishing school-running characteristics and brand.At present,the domestic private application-oriented undergraduate colleges generally face these problems in international exchanges,such as hysteretic internationalization concept,featureless exchange programs,inadequate program participation,insufficient cooperation depth,lack of talent in foreign affairs,etc.In view of these problems,the colleges need to take positive countermeasures from the following aspects,such as creating a good international campus atmosphere,cultivating applied-characteristic programs,expanding international exchange participation,deepening cooperation connotation and level,and cultivating high-quality talent in foreign affairs.
