摘要 "三全育人"理念是新时代高校思想政治教育面临的重要课题,引领医药特色高职院校育人工作的实施。辽宁医药职业学院遵循"三全育人"内涵,从宏观、中观、微观层面构建育人机制,针对目前医药特色高职院校"三全育人"存在的主要问题,积极探索实践路径,落实保障机制,有效推进"三全育人"实施,为医药特色高职院校"三全育人"工作提供借鉴价值。 The concept of"three comprehensive education"is an important subject in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the new era,which leads the implementation of the education work of higher vocational colleges with medical characteristics.It follows the connotation of"three comprehensive education",constructs the education mechanism from the macro,meso and micro level.Aiming at the main problems in the three comprehensive education in higher vocational colleges with medical characteristics,it actively explores the practice path,implements guarantee mechanism,promotes the implementation,and provides reference for the education work of higher vocational colleges with medical characteristics.
