职业院校课程自我诊断与改进运行机制研究——以河南工业职业技术学院为例

摘要 河南工业职业技术学院的课程诊改以课程建设为统领,以提高课程教学质量为目标,明确课程建设、课程教学质量保证主体责任,规范课程诊改工作流程,指导课程教学团队开展自我诊改,按照事前、事中、事后三个环节实施。事前设定目标和标准,事中依托平台监测预警,事后诊断与改进,实现了学校课程建设质量螺旋式提升。 Guided by curriculum construction and aimed at improving the quality of curriculum teaching,curriculum diagnosis and improvement in Henan Polytechnic Institute clarifies the main responsibility of curriculum construction and quality assurance,standardizes the work flow of curriculum diagnosis and improvement,guides the curriculum teaching team to carry out self-diagnosis and improvement,and implements it according to the three links of beforehand,during and after the event.It sets goals and standards in advance,relies on platform monitoring and early warning in the process of implementation,and carries out diagnosis and improvement after the event,realizing the spiral improvement of the quality of school curriculum construction.
