摘要
教育部教学成果奖是迄今为止教学领域的最高奖项,目前已涵盖了基础教育、职业与成人教育和高等教育领域。通过分析职业院校在近两届国家和省级教学成果奖评选中获奖情况和教学成果奖培育的理论研究现状,然后从组织领导、团队建设、问题导向、项目遴选与培育、成果提炼以及工作机制六个层面探索职业院校教学成果奖培育体系。
Teaching achievement award of the Ministry of Education is the highest award in the teaching field,and it has covered the field of basic education,vocational and adult education,and higher education.By analyzing the awards gained in the last two sessions of the national and provincial teaching achievement award selection and theoretical study on cultivation system in vocational colleges,it explores the cultivating system of teaching achievement award from the organization and leadership,team building,problem orientation,project selection and cultivation,results refining and working mechanism.
