摘要 国家速滑馆索网结构采用世界上较为先进的大直径高钒密闭索,具有高防腐性、防火性、防退扭性、摩擦系数大、高强度等特性。详细介绍高钒索的索体、锚具、成品密闭索及索夹的制作工艺,索体二次拉拔并采用热浸镀锌方式进行表面镀层处理,拉索两端均采用调节式锚具,最后制成成品密闭索并检测、包装、存储。 The cable structure of National Speed Skating Oval project adopts advanced large-diameter high-vanadium full-locked cable,which has the characteristics of high corrosion resistance,fire resistance,anti-retrogression torsion,large friction coefficient and high strength.The manufacturing process of the cable body,anchorage,finished closed cable and cable clamp of the high-vanadium cable are introduced.The cable body is pulled twice and the surface coating is treated by hot-dip galvanizing.Both ends of the cable are adjusted anchorage.Finally,the finished closed cable is made and tested,packaged and stored.
