摘要
国家速滑馆项目天坛轮廓曲面玻璃幕墙钢网壳体系支撑龙骨为异形钢骨架(S形),且钢龙骨长短各不相同。针对S形钢龙骨长度超过运输限制,采用在工厂分段加工制作并运输至现场,地面焊接拼装后整体吊装。详细介绍幕墙钢网壳结构施工流程及关键技术,采用扁担吊装的方式,保证弧形梁变形、安装精度及成型质量。将钢龙骨组装成钢桁架形式进行吊装,既提高安装效率,又有效保证龙骨拼接质量。采用全站仪对安装过程进行全程精确定位,保证构件准确、快速地完成安装。
The supporting keel of the steel reticulated shell system of the temple-shaped glass curtain wall of National Speed Skating Oval project is a special-shaped steel skeleton(S-shaped),and the lengths of the steel keel are different.As the lengths of S-shaped steel keel exceed the transportation limit,it is processed and manufactured in the factory and transported to the site in sections,and lifted as a whole after ground welding and assembly.The construction process and key technology of curtain wall steel reticulated shell structure are introduced in detail.The method of carrying pole hoisting is adopted to ensure the deformation control,installation accuracy and forming quality of arc beam.The steel keel is assembled into steel truss for hoisting,which not only improves the installation efficiency,but also effectively guarantees the quality of keel splicing.The total station is used to precisely position the whole installation process,so as to ensure that the components can be installed accurately and quickly.
