摘要
针对首钢滑雪大跳台钢结构安装施工工期紧、场地受限、结构复杂、安装定位难度高、精度要求高等难点,采用大单元模块现场地面拼装、大单元吊装技术,临时支撑关键技术、精密测量技术、同步分级卸载技术、BIM信息化及二维码应用等综合施工技术,主体结构安装精度满足要求,顺利完成安装。
In view of the difficulties in the installation of the steel structure of the large snowboard jumping platform of Shougang,such as tight construction time limit,limited site,complex structure,high difficulty in installation and positioning,and high requirement for accuracy,etc.,temporary supports key technology,precision measurement technology,synchronous staged unloading technology,BIM information and two-dimensional code application and other comprehensive construction technology,the main structure installation accuracy to meet the requirements,the successful completion of the installation.
