摘要
以杭州地铁7号线一工区奥体站-建设四路站区间盾构隧道为工程实例,研究盾构管片在不同时段的破损原因及控制技术。研究表明,管片在生产、施工、运营过程破损是由综合性原因造成的,管片的修补取决于材料性能的优劣、修补质量的好坏、采用工艺的可靠性。
Based on the damage of the shield segments at different time periods,the shield tunnels in the area between Olympic Stadium Station and Jianshe 4 th Station of Hangzhou Metro Line 7 is taken as the engineering example,and the reasons for the segment damage and control methods at different time points are analyzed.The research shows that the damage of the segment in the production process,construction project and operation process is caused by comprehensive reasons.The repair of the segment depends on the quality of the material,the quality of the repair,and the reliability of the process.Studying the causes and control techniques of mortise-and-tenon segment damage in water-rich sandy silt and silty clay soil layers can provide construction reference for similar projects.
