温经和血通痹方对奥沙利铂化疗后周围神经毒性气血亏虚型患者的影响

Effects of Wenjing Hexue Tongbi Prescription on Peripheral Neurotoxicity of Qi and Blood Deficiency Pattern after Oxaliplatin Chemotherapy

目的:探讨温经和血通痹方内服外用对奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性气血亏虚型患者的治疗作用。方法:将奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性气血亏虚型患者72例随机分为中药联合组(温经和血通痹方内服外用),中药组(温经和血通痹方口服)及对照组(甲钴胺口服联合温水外洗),治疗28天后观察3组患者治疗前后周围神经毒性分级、生活质量、中医证候积分及安全性。结果:3组患者生活质量功能领域SS评分较治疗前升高;3组患者治疗后周围神经毒性、生活质量功能领域SS评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药联合组改善优于其他两组(P<0.05)。中医证候评分中药联合组、中药组优于对照组(P<0.01),中药联合组与中药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后3组患者生命体征、肝肾功能异常情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温经和血通痹方内服外用治疗奥沙利铂化疗所致周围神经毒性气血亏虚型患者临床疗效优于温经和血通痹方口服及甲钴胺口服联合温水外洗,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore therapeutic effects of Wenjing Hexue Tongbi prescription(WHTP)for oral administration and external application in the treatment of peripheral neurotoxicity(PN)of Qi and blood deficiency pattern induced by oxaliplatin chemotherapy.Methods:All 72 patients were randomized into herbal combination group(oral administration and external application of WHTP),herbal group(oral administration of WHTP)and the control group(mecobalamin for oral administration and warm water washing),To observe PN classification,quality of life,TCM syndrome integral and the safety of the patients in three groups before and after treating 28 days.Results:SS scores in the functional scores of quality of life in three groups rose compared with before treating;the difference showed statistical meaning in PN,SS scores in the functional scores of quality of life and TCM syndrome scores in three groups after treating(P<0.05),the improvements of herbal combination group were superior to these of other two groups(P<0.05).Herbal combination group and herbal group were superior to the control group in TCM syndrome integrals(P<0.01),the difference had no statistical meaning between herbal combination group and herbal group(P>0.05).The difference had no statistical meaning in vital signs,abnormal liver and kidney function in three groups before and after treating(P>0.05).Conclusion:WHTP for oral administration and external application in the treatment of PN of Qi and blood deficiency pattern induced by oxaliplatin chemotherapy are superiior to oral administration of WHTP,and oral mecobalamin combined with warm water washing with high safety.
