当归苁蓉散对糖尿病便秘患者疗效及血尿酸、甘油三酯的影响

Clinical Effects of Danggui Congrong Powder in the Treatment of Diabetic Constipation and Its Influence on Blood Uric Acid and Triglyceride

目的:观察当归苁蓉散对糖尿病便秘患者疗效及血清尿酸、甘油三酯的影响。方法:将糖尿病便秘患者68例随机分为治疗组、对照组各34例,治疗组口服当归苁蓉散,每次6 g,每日两次;对照组口服麻仁丸,每次6 g,每日两次,同时晨服乳果糖口服液,每次30 mL,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者治疗前后便秘症状改善情况,尿酸、甘油三酯变化情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为64.7%(22/34)和61.8%(21/34),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗前后甘油三酯、尿酸比较,以及治疗后甘油三酯与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归苁蓉散对糖尿病便秘患者脂代谢紊乱及尿酸有一定的改善作用,效果与麻仁丸相当。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of Danggui Congrong powder in the treatment of diabetic constipation,its influence on serum uric acid(UA)and triglyceride(TG).Methods:All 68 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,34 cases each group,the treatment group took Danggui Congrong powder orally,6g each time,twice each day;the control group Maren pills,6g each time,twice each day,combined with lactulose oral liquid in the morning,30 mL each time,the course was four weeks.To observe the changes of UA and TG,the improvements of constipation symptom and the incidence of adverse reaction before and after treating in both groups.Results:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 64.7%(22/34)and 61.8%(21/34)respectively,and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of TG and UA before and after treatment in the treatment group,and TG between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Congrong powder could improve glycolipid metabolismand UA of the patients,and its effects are similar to Maren pills.
