加味补中益气汤联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in Treating Primary Hypothyroidism

目的:观察加味补中益气汤联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法:将110例甲状腺功能减退症患者采用随机数字表法分为接受左旋甲状素片治疗的对照组及接受加味补中益气汤联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗的观察组各55例,观察两组患者治疗前后甲状腺激素水平、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后甲状腺激素水平中促甲状腺激素、中医证候积分(性欲减退、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷、面浮肢肿、腰膝酸软、纳呆腹胀)观察组低于对照组,血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸、血清游离四碘甲腺原氨酸高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤联合左旋甲状腺素片能有效改善原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者甲状腺激素水平及中医证候积分,而且安全性高。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and levothyroxine sodium tablets in treating primary hypothyroidism.Methods:All 110 patients were allocated to the control group who took levothyroxine sodium tablets orally,and the observation group who were given modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and levothyroxine sodium tablets,using random number table method,55 cases each group,to observe thyroid hormones level,TCM syndrome integrals and the incidence of adverse reaction before and after treating in both groups.Results:The difference had no statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reactions between both groups(P>0.05);after treating,the observation group was lower than the control group in the level of thyroid hormones(thyrotropin,serum free triiodothyronine and serum free tetraiodothyronine),the integrals of TCM syndrome(sexual desire loss,lassitude,intolerance of cold and cold limbs,puffy face and swollen limbs,lumbar debility and abdominal distention)of the observation group were lower than these of the control group,serum free triiodothyronine and serum free tetraiodothyronine higher than these of the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and levothyroxine sodium tablets could effectively improve thyroid hormone level and TCM syndrome integrals in treating primary hypothyroidism with high safety.
