摘要
纤维素作为自然界中来源最广泛的高分子聚合物,对生态可持续发展和资源再利用具有重要意义.天然纤维素精细化处理后可得到纳米纤维素,其具有高长径比、高比表面积、高结晶度、轻质、机械强度好、可降解、可再生和生物相容性好等特点,是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型纳米材料.概述纳米纤维素的分类及主要制备方法,简要介绍天然、改性和功能性掺杂纳米纤维素在Pickering乳液中的应用,并对其稳定的Pickering乳液在食品工程、生物医药和材料工程方面的应用进行介绍,以期为纳米纤维素制备及其在Pickering乳液中的应用提供研究思路.
As the most widely used polymer in nature,cellulose was of great significance for ecological sustainable development and resource utilization.The nanocellulose could be obtained from natural cellulose by fine processing,showing the characteristics of high aspect ratio,high specific surface area,high crystallinity,light weight,good mechanical strength,degradability,reproducibility and biocompatibility.It was a new type of nanomaterial with broad application prospects.This review firstly summarized the classification of nanocellulose and its main preparation methods,and then briefly introduced the application of natural,modified and functionally doped nanocellulose in Pickering emulsions,including engineering,biomedicine and material engineering.This review aimed to provide research ideas for the preparation of nanocellulose and its application in Pickering emulsions.
