摘要 针对原转炉控制方式落后、效率低下、缺少联锁保护等问题设计了新的控制系统。从硬件系统、软件设计、仪表应用、人机界面四个方面阐述了设计思路和设计方法;采用PLC与智能仪表组合的控制方式,实现转炉的数据采集、运行控制、联锁保护及多种运行模式的切换;介绍了全自动模式下顺序控制功能在软件设计中的应用。实践证明:该控制系统功能完善、操作简便、运行稳定,成倍提高了科研效率。 Aiming at the problems of backward control mode,low efficiency and lack of interlock protection of the original converter,a new control system is designed.The design ideas and methods are expounded from four aspects of hardware system,software design,instrument application,HMI.Data acquisition,operation control,interlock protection and switching of various operation modes of the converter are realized through adopting the control mode of combination of PLC and intelligent instrument.The application of sequential control function in software design s introduced under fully automatic mode.It has been proved the newly designed control system has perfect functions,simple operation and stable operation.Scientific research efficiency has been fold improved.
