摘要
低压球形储罐是石油化工厂凝缩油介质储存常用的压力容器,实现储罐压力的稳定控制,既是企业保证安全生产的需要,也是企业减少VOCs排放、环保节能的要求。针对储罐压力控制,介绍了储罐进出料相关工艺流程,对比了补压阀、放空阀均采用两位式自动切断阀的控制方案和采用线性特性控制阀的控制方案,后一种控制方案手段灵活,控制精度高,并给出一些优化建议。
Low pressure spherical tank is a common pressure vessel for condensation oil storage in petrochemical plant. To realize the stability control of the tank pressure is not only safe production need of the enterprise, but also the requirements to reduce VOCs emission, environmental protection and energy saving. Aiming at the storage tank pressure control, related process for feeding and ejecting for the storage tank are introduced. The control scheme of both regulation valve and release valve adopting two digital automatic shutoff valve and linear characteristic control valve respectively are compared. The latter control scheme is flexible with high control accuracy. Some suggestions are put forward.
