浅谈石油化工企业巡检系统的设计

Brief Discussion On Patrol System Design of Petrochemical Enterprises

巡检是保障装置安全、稳定、长周期运行的一项重要措施。针对石油化工企业目前面临巡检系统设计无规可依的现状,结合以往多个项目的设计经验,探讨了石油化工企业巡检系统的设计,包括功能设计、方案比选、巡检仪配置、巡检点位设计等方面;同时,展望了石油化工行业今后所需要的新型巡检系统;针对目前石油化工企业巡检系统设计中面临的问题提出了建议。

Patrol is an important measure to ensure the safety, stability and long-term operation of installation. Aiming at the situation that there is no design regulation to be followed for the patrol system design of petrochemical enterprises, based on the design experience of multiple previous projects, the patrol system design of petrochemical enterprises is discussed, including functional design, scheme selection, patrol device configuration, and patrol information point design, etc. The new type patrol system needed in petrochemical industry in the future is prospected. Aiming at the problems faced in patrol system design of the current petrochemical enterprise, some suggestions are proposed.
