放射性料位计在逆流移动床连续重整中的应用

摘要 逆流移动床连续重整装置的核心是催化剂连续再生单元,针对催化剂颗粒固体料位精确测量的需求,结合逆流重整工艺设计,介绍了放射性料位计的基本原理、设备配置、使用要求等,从放射源剂量和测量线性度要求两部分重点考虑,并结合设备的具体材质等属性进行全面分析,介绍了放射性料位计在逆流移动床连续重整装置中的典型应用。 The core part of countercurrent fluidized bed continuous reforming installation is catalyst continuous regeneration unit. Aiming at the requirement of accurate measurement of solid level of the catalyst granule, combining the countercurrent reforming process design, the basic principle, equipment configuration and operation requirements of radioactive level meter are introduced. The typical application of radioactive level meter in countercurrent fluidized bed reforming installation is introduced, from the view of radioactive source dosage and requirement of measurement linearity, and based on the comprehensive analysis of the specific material and other properities of equipment.
