摘要
非接触式磁力扫描技术通过检测管道磁场强度的变化而识别异常应力,无需接触管道就可以确定管道上存在的缺陷,具有很好的管道完整性检测能力。介绍了检测设备的特点以及对管体内外腐蚀、疑似裂纹、应力变形等缺陷的检测。对某条重质原油联络管道进行非接触式磁力扫描应用,检测结果表明,该技术检测结果的缺陷分级准确度达85%,可以在一定程度上弥补内检测的不足,在埋地管道腐蚀检测上具有很大的发展潜力。
The non-contact magnetic scanning technology can identify the abnormal stress by detecting the change of the magnetic field strength of the pipeline. The defects of the pipeline can be determined without contacting the pipeline, the technology has a good pipeline integrity detection ability. The characteristics of the testing equipment, as well as the detection of defects of corrosion inside or outside the pipeline, suspected crack, and stress deformation are introduced. Non-contact magnetic scanning technology is applied to a heavy crude oil connecting pipeline, the results shows that the defect classification accuracy of the technology is 85%, which can make up for the deficiency of internal detection to some extent.The technology has great development potential in the corrosion detection of buried pipelines.
