超临界乙烯输送管线泄漏故障检测的研究和应用

摘要 针对超临界乙烯物料输送管线泄漏检测的问题,通过对超临界乙烯物料输送进行危险与可操作分析(HAZOP),采用了序贯概率比检验SPRT(sequential probability ratio test)泄漏检测技术跟踪物料工况,监视物料输送过程中的流量和压力变化,设置了泄漏检测警示门槛值。应用结果表明:该泄漏检测技术不仅降低了误报警率,还保证了管线运行的安全性,具有较高的检测敏感性和精确性。 Aiming at the problem of leakage detection in supercritical ethylene transportation pipeline, through hazard and operability analysis, the sequential probability ratio test(SPRT) leakage detection technology is adopted to trace material working condition, to monitor the flow and pressure change during the material transportation, and to set caution threshold for leakage detection. The actual application indicates the leakage detection technology not only reduce the fault alarming ratio, but also ensures the security of pipeline operation.The technology has high sensibility and accuracy for the detection.
