摘要
随着二氧化碳捕集、利用及封存技术的不断应用,二氧化碳管道的建设需求逐渐增大。确定长输管道的直径,是研究超临界/密相二氧化碳管道输运工艺及经济性的首要问题。通过理论分析,基于机械能衡算方程推导了超临界/密相二氧化碳长输管道内径计算公式,分析了部分计算参数,如平均压力、平均温度、平均压缩因子和摩擦因数等的确定方法。将管道内径计算结果与现有文献计算结果进行了对比,验证了提出的管道内径计算公式的可靠性。
With the continuous application of carbon dioxide capture,utilization and storage technology,the demand for carbon dioxide pipeline construction is increasing. The most important issue for studying the supercritical/dense carbon dioxide pipeline transportation process and economy is determining the diameter of long-distance transportation pipeline. The hydraulic model of supercritical/dense carbon dioxide pipeline transportation was established based on the mechanical energy balance equation by theoretical analysis method. The calculation equation of pipeline diameter was described. The values of several parameters including the average pressure,the average temperature,the average compressed factor and the friction coefficient were discussed. Comparing the calculation results of the inner diameter of the pipeline with the calculation results of the existing literature,the reliability of the proposed calculation formula of the inner diameter of the pipeline was verified.
