摘要
波纹管补偿器依据波纹伸缩对工况中产生的机械位移、热膨胀进行补偿,其所处工况复杂,服役过程中较易发生疲劳、腐蚀和失稳等失效问题,将会严重影响生产甚至造成财产损失。利用可靠性工程理论,结合GB/T 35990-2018《压力管道用金属波纹管膨胀节》,建立了波纹管补偿器极限状态方程,推导出了波纹管补偿器主要失效类型的失效概率计算公式。结合VB语言设计开发了波纹管补偿器安全状态计算软件,以提高波纹管补偿器安全状况分析效率。以实际工程项目为例,介绍了计算软件的使用过程。
The bellows compensator compensates for mechanical displacement and thermal expansion under working conditions based on the expansion and contraction of the bellows. Its working conditions are complex,the fatigue,corrosion and instability problems are more likely to occur during its service,which will seriously affect production and even cause property damage. Combined with GB/T 35990-2018 "Metal Bellows Expansion Joint for Pressure Pipeline",the limit state equation of the bellows compensator was established,and the failure probability calculation formula of the main failure types of the bellows compensator was derived. The safety state calculation software of bellows compensator was designed and developed in combination with VB programing. Taking the actual engineering project as an example,the use process of calculation software was introduced to improve the efficiency of analysis of the safety status of bellows compensator.
