游泳运动对肥胖大鼠的治疗作用和机制研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨游泳运动对肥胖大鼠的治疗作用和可能机制,采用高脂饲料喂养方法建立肥胖大鼠模型,将24只肥胖大鼠随机分为肥胖对照组(n=12)和肥胖运动组(n=12),20只普通大鼠随机分为正常对照组(n=10)和正常运动组(n=10),然后对正常运动组和肥胖运动组大鼠进行8周的游泳运动。检测各组大鼠的体重、体长,计算Lee’s指数、体脂百分比、肌肉质量指数,检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、自由脂肪酸(FFA)、脂联素(APN)、瘦素(P)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、肝脂酶(HL)、脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)的含量。结果表明,与正常对照组比较,肥胖对照组大鼠体重、Lee’s指数、体脂百分比、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、FINS、IRI、ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、FFA、P水平显著升高,肌肉质量指数、HDL-C、SOD、CAT、APN、HL、LPL水平明显降低(P<0.05);与肥胖对照组比较,肥胖运动组小鼠体重、Lee’s指数、体脂百分比、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、FINS、IRI、ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、FFA、P水平显著降低,肌肉质量指数、HDL-C、SOD、CAT、APN、HL、LPL显著升高(P<0.05)。说明游泳运动可能通过调节糖脂代谢、改善胰岛素抵抗和瘦素抵抗、抗脂质过氧化、抑制炎症反应等防治肥胖。 To study the effects and mechanism of swimming exercise on obese rats,24 obese rats were randomly divided into the obese control group(n=12)and the obese exercise group(n=12),and 20 normal rats were selected as the normal control group(n=10)and the normal exercise group(n=10).The rats in the obese exercise and normal exercise groups were subjected to swimming for 8 weeks.Body weight was weighed,body length was measured,and Lee’s index,body fat percentage,and muscle mass index were calculated.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),insulin(FINS),serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),free fatty acid(FFA)adiponectin(APN),leptin(P),tumor necrosis factor-ɑ(TNF-ɑ),interleukin-6(IL)-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),hepatic lipase(HL),and lipoprotein lipase(LPL)were detected.The results showed that compared with the normal control group,weight,Lee’s index,body fat percentage,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,FINS,IRI,ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,FFA and P levels in the obese control group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and muscle mass index,HDL-C,SOD,CAT,APN,HL,LPL levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the obese control group,weight,Lee’s index,body fat Percentage,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,FINS,IRI,ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,FFA,P levels in the obese exercise group were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and muscle mass index,HDL-C,SOD,CAT APN,HL and LPL were significantly increased(P<0.05).Swimming could control obesity by regulating glycolipid metabolism,improving insulin resistance and leptin resistance,anti-lipid peroxidation,and inhibiting inflammatory response.
