摘要
为实现固体废弃物综合利用,提高建材性能。通过添加不同量的粉煤气化飞灰,采用全水发泡方式制备了聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)复合材料,研究了不同飞灰添加比例的聚氨酯泡沫的力学性能、防潮性能、内部泡孔结构、FTIR分析及热稳定性。结果表明,飞灰掺入聚氨酯泡沫中是完全可行的且在添加量在10.50%时显示出最优压缩强度;随着飞灰添加量的增加,其疏水性呈上升趋势;偶联剂改性可以使飞灰在PUF中的分散更加均匀,减少团聚现象,从而形成更稳定的无机有机复配材料;飞灰的掺入有效地提高了材料的热稳定性。
In order to realize the comprehensive utilization of solid waste and improve the performance of building materials.Polyurethane foam(PUF)composites were prepared by adding different amounts of pulverized coal gasification fly ash with water blown.The mechanical properties,moisture resistance,internal bubble structure,FTIR analysis and thermal stability of polyurethane foams with different ratios of fly ash were studied.The results show that the incorporation of fly ash into polyurethane foam is completely feasible and shows optimal compression strength at 10.50%;with the amount of fly ash added increases,its hydrophobicity increased.Coupling agent modification can make fly ash more dispersed in PUF and reduce agglomeration,so as to form more stable inorganic and organic compound materials.The addition of fly ash effectively improves the thermal stability of the material.
