一种新型甲苯吸收剂的复配及性能评价 被引量:3

摘要 实验采用吸收法系统研究了矿物油、植物调和油及二者按不同比例复配后的新型吸收剂对甲苯吸收效率、吸收饱和时间及饱和吸收量的影响。结果表明,矿物油和植物调和油对甲苯的初始吸收效率均可达到95%以上,但其相应地饱和吸收时间分别仅为155 min和145 min,且最大饱和吸收量分别为10.2,6.0 mg/g;而经不同比例复配后的新型吸收剂的初始阶段饱和吸收量却下降至89%~93%,当甲苯的吸入浓度为4000 mg/m^3时,其饱和吸收时间和最大饱和吸收量却分别增加至305 min和13.62 mg/g。经实验对甲苯整体吸附性能研究,三者综合吸收效果为:新型吸收剂>矿物油>植物调和油。 The absorption efficiency,saturation absorption time and saturated absorption of different concentrations of toluene by mineral oil,vegetable oil and their new absorbents were studied.The results showed that all the three absorbents had a certain absorption effect on toluene.The initial absorption efficiency of pure mineral oil and vegetable oil to toluene could reach over 95%,but the saturated absorption time was relatively short.The maximum absorption time of mineral oil was only 155 min.The rapeseed oil is only 145 min at most.The saturated absorption time and saturated absorption of the new absorbents after different proportions were greatly improved.The saturated absorption time was up to 305 min,and the saturated absorption was 13.62 mg/g when the toluene intake concentration was 4000 mg/m^3.However,the saturated absorption in the initial stage decreased to 89%~93%.
