对近年来合成烷基二甲基苄基季铵盐的方法进行了详细阐述,并对每条合成路线的工业生产的优缺点进行了分析。同时对烷基二甲基苄基季铵盐在重要领域中的应用进行了细致说明,特别是在杀菌方面的应用,但要重视解决已经出现的细菌对季铵盐的抗性问题。

The method of synthesizing alkyl dimethyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt in recent years is elaborated,and the advantages and disadvantages of industrial production of each synthetic route are analyzed.At the same time,the application of alkyl dimethyl benzyl quaternary ammonium salt in some fields has been elaborated,especially in the application of sterilization,but attention should be paid to solving the problem of the resistance of bacteria to quaternary ammonium salts.
