摘要
针对活性炭吸附法去除高盐废水中的有机物,探讨了活性炭的材质、投加量、停留时间、分子量以及pH值等因素对COD去除率的影响。对再生水厂运行中存在的问题分析后提出了工艺上的改进方案。在处理量100 m^3/h,停留时间35 min,pH维持在偏酸性环境,现场进水COD为500 mg/L,出水COD降低到60 mg/L,去除率达88%。
Aiming at the removal of organics in high-salt wastewater by activated carbon adsorption method,the influences of the material,dosage,residence time,molecular weight and pH value of activated carbon on the removal rate of COD were discussed.At present,after analyzing the existing problems in the operation of the regenerated water plant,the improvement scheme of the process is put forward.The treatment capacity is 100 m^3/h,the residence time is 35 min,and the pH is maintained in a slightly acidic environment.The COD in the field inlet is 500 mg/L,and the effluent COD is reduced to 60 mg/L,with the removal rate reaching 88%.
