甲醇制丙烯工艺中高碳烃类产物增值利用研究

Study on utilization of high carbon hydrocarbon products in methanol-to-propylene process

通过对高碳烃类产物组成、沸点等的研究,采用模拟计算的方法,确定了适宜的处理方案。结果表明,高碳烃类产物首先采用芳烃富集的方法,将芳烃含量富集到抽提原料范围内,之后再进行抽提,可实现芳烃含量由初始的35.62%提高至57.63%,回收率>99%。

This paper studies the composition and boiling point of high-carbon hydrocarbon products and adopts the method of simulation calculation to determine the appropriate treatment scheme.The result showed that the enrichment of aromatic hydrocarbons should be used to enrich aromatic hydrocarbons in the range of extracting raw materials before extraction.The aromatics enrichment scheme can increase the content of aromatics from 35.62%to 57.63%,the recovery rate is more than 99%.
