面向高校应急决策的突发事件应急管理情报能力建设研究

Research on information capacity building of emergency management for emergency decision-making in colleges and universities

互联网时代为应急决策情报能力的建设指明了方向,围绕其所展开的研究数量也与日俱增。文章以此为背景,从高校的视角出发,对应急系统的建设进行分析。首先,简明扼要地概括了相关工作的意义;其次,深入研究了建设应急系统的理论基础;最后,以潜伏期、爆发期、蔓延期、恢复期为切入点,分别提出了对应急系统进行建设的策略,以期为高校应急系统建设提供参考。

In the Internet era,it points out the direction for the construction of emergency decision-making intelligence ability,and the number of research carried out around is also increasing day by day.This paper takes this as the background and analyzes the construction of emergency system from the perspective of colleges and universities.First of all,the significance of the relevant work is briefly summarized.Secondly,the theoretical basis of the construction of emergency response system is deeply studied.Finally,with the incubation period,outbreak period,spread period,recovery period as the starting point,it respectively puts forward the strategy of emergency system construction,hoping to provide reference for the construction of emergency system in colleges and universities.
