摘要
电机冲片制造对模具质量和寿命要求越来越高,文章针对当前制造的扇形片复冲模在使用中存在的易蹦刃、刃口易钝化、毛刺超差等问题,选取了批量较大的异步电机扇形片复冲模进行改进优化。从模具结构设计、材料使用及加工工艺上进行了系列改进,并通过运用的实践证明本次改进效果非常明显,模具质量得到大幅提高,满足了当前需求。
At present,the requirements for the quality and life of the die are getting higher and higher in the manufacture of motor punching tablets.For this reason,there are problems such as jumping blades,easy passivation of blade edges,and excessive burrs in the use of some of the fan plates manufactured.A large batch of asynchronous motor Fan-shaped laminates are selected and improved from the die structure design,material use and processing process.The practice is proved that the improvement effect is very obvious and can meet the customer’s needs.
