宫颈癌根治术患者使用精细化护理干预的效果观察

Observation on the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on patients undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer

目的探究宫颈癌根治术患者使用精细化护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年11月至2018年11月新疆肿瘤医院诊治的80例宫颈癌根治术患者作为研究对象。随机分成对照组(n=40),观察组(n=40)。观察组应用精细化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理满意度方面,观察组患者的满意度是95.00%,明显高于对照组患者的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在并发症的发生方面,观察组患者的发生率是10.00%,明显低于对照组患者的25.00%差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌根治术患者使用精细化护理干预可提高患者的生活质量,减少术后并发症,提高患者的满意度,使患者保持较为轻松的心态接受治疗,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention on patients undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer.Methods From November 2017 to November 2018,80 patients received radical surgery for cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).Observation group received meticulous nursing intervention,while control group adopted routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)and Anxiety Self-rating Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 75.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the observation group(10.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Meticulous nursing intervention in patients undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer can improve the patient's quality of life and satisfaction,reduce incidences of postoperative complications,and enable patients to maintain a more relaxed mentality for treatment.
