摘要
目的探讨保护动机理论在大学生艾滋病微信教育中的应用效果。方法采用便利取样法选取苏州卫生职业学院195名护理专业新生作为研究对象。以班级为单位随机分入实验组(n=98)和对照组(n=97),对照组给予常规的健康教育,实验组以保护动机理论为指导实施为期8周的微信教育。结果干预前,两组大学生的艾滋病知识、安全套知识和安全套使用意向总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组大学生的艾滋病知识、安全套知识和安全套使用意向总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用保护动机理论对进行微信健康教育,有利于大学生艾滋病相关知识的掌握,促进大学生使用安全套预防艾滋病的行为意向建立。
Objective To explore the application effect of protection motivation theory in the health education about acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS) on WeChat for college students. Methods 195 freshmen from the nursing department of Suzhou Vocational Health College were selected by convenient sampling method. They were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=98) and control group(n=97). The control group received routine health education. The experimental group received health education on WeChat for 8 weeks based on the protection motivation theory. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the total scores of AIDS knowledge, condom knowledge and condom use intention between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the total scores of AIDS knowledge, condom knowledge and condom use intention of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusions The application effect of protective motivation theory in the health education about AIDS on WeChat can promote the mastery of AIDS-related knowledge, and the establishment of behavioral intention to use condom to prevent AIDS.
