摘要
【目的】研究饲粮中添加离子型饲料添加剂(巴尔吡尔)对南方中国荷斯坦牛热应激环境下采食量、生产性能和血液生理生化指标的影响.【方法】选择两栏高产中国荷斯坦牛分别作为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+60 mL/(头·d)巴尔吡尔原液.试验预饲期7 d,正式试验期30 d.【结果】试验期内牛舍白天平均热应激指数为74.26,10∶00~20∶00期间处于热应激环境下;南方中国荷斯坦牛基础日粮中添加60 mL/(头·d)巴尔吡尔原液后,采食量提高了4.95 kg/(头·d)(P<0.05);日产奶量、乳糖率与体细胞评分无显著变化(P>0.05),乳蛋白率提高了0.15%(P<0.05),总固体率提高了1.15%(P<0.05),乳脂率提高了0.41%(P<0.01);32项血液生理生化指标中,红细胞计数、红细胞分布宽度CV、平均红细胞体积、平均血红蛋白、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶、钠、葡萄糖甘油三酯含量等9项指标发生了显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)变化.【结论】基础日粮中添加60 mL/(头·d)巴尔吡尔原液,可以缓解南方中国荷斯坦牛热应激症状,有助于其适应我国南方夏季的湿热环境.
【Objective】This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of an ionic feed additive(Barbil)on feed intake,performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of southern dairy cows under heat stress.【Method】Two herds of high producing Chinese Holstein cows were selected and divided into a test group and a control group.Cows in the control group and the test group were fed basal diet and basal diet+Barbil 60 mL/cow·day,respectively.The pre-experimental period went on for 7 days,and the experimental period lasted for 30 days.【Result】The average THI of daytime reached 74.26 of the dairy farm,and the cows were suffered heat stress during the experimental period.Compared with cows in control group,dietary Barbil significantly increased feed intake by 4.95 kg/cow·day(P<0.05);and no significant change in milk yield,lactose rate and somatic cell score(P>0.05),increasing protein rate by 0.15%(P<0.05),the total solid rate by 1.15%(P<0.05),and fat rate by 0.41%(P<0.01);as well as significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01)changed 9 of 32 blood physiological and biochemical indexes.【Conclusion】The basal diet+Barbil 60 mL/cow·day can alleviate the symptoms of heat stress in Holstein cattle in Southern China,and be helpful for it to adapt to the humid and hot environment in summer south of China.
